Contractor InductionWelcomeRizon requires all contractors, consultants, labour-hire companies and their employees who are performing work for or on behalf of the Rizon to complete an online induction.If you are a company representative or business owner, you must direct ALL of your employees who will be undertaking work on your behalf for Rizon works to register and complete their individual inductions. Work may not be carried out until the registration process has been completed.

There is no cost to complete the induction and there is no limit on how many employees may be inducted.

Company registrationThe person who is administering the company induction portal will need to register here before they or any company employees can complete the individual inductions. This only needs to be completed once for each organisation.

Individual inductionsOnce your company is registered, you and your employees will need to register to complete your individual safety inductions. Please note that sole traders/suppliers who have already registered their company must also register to complete the individual safety induction - a different username to the company credentials will be required.

How to Register my Company and Complete the Individual Induction

1. Company Registration• Complete all of the details on the Registration page to

create your account.• Only 1 company registration should be completed per

company.• The person who completes this company registration

should be the main contact person or administrator for the company.

• If you are a sole trader/owner operator you will need to complete both the registration and individual induction sections.

• Use full personal and company names to avoid confusion and double ups (no nick names).

• Has someone from Rizon referred your company for registration?• Yes -> Enter the Name of Rizon referring personnel • No ->Please register your interest by completing

the form then click <SEND>. A Rizonrepresentative will contact you.

2. Company DashboardOnce you have registered your company the next screen will be your dashboard.

• You will be asked to provide the company documentation which is required to commence work with Rizon.

• From your Dashboard you can also:

• Register new Users

• View all staff for your company and their induction status

3. Company Dashboard – Upload Documents• Provide all of the details shown *• Upload your company’s Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for the tasks your

employees carry out and any relevant trade licences.• Upload current copies of relevant insurances including Public Liability & Workers

Compensation (Workcover) along with the expiry date of the each policy.• Interim save of your details can be done by clicking on the ‘Save Progress”. • When you have completed entering the company details, click on the “Submit and

Continue” button at the bottom of the page to finish the upload and company registration.

A message will pop up at the top of the screen: Thank you.

The details you have entered have been submitted for review by Rizon. Please send the Register User Link below to each employee to register their details and undertake a Rizon

Online Induction.

• All documents uploaded will be reviewed by Rizon.

• If you are required to complete the individual induction, you can access it through the link at the top of the page “Register User Link” or at www.onlineinduction.com./rizongroup or through the Rizon webpage www.rizon.com.au under the tab Contractors.

• You can view all induction records by clicking on the “Your Staff” button at the top of the page.

4. How to complete the Individual Induction• Select “Individual Inductee” to take you to the main induction registration page.• The main induction registration page looks similar to the company registration page.• The inductee employee will need to complete all fields to progress forward.• The employees will type in the company name in the box for Your Company. To

ensure the employee induction is linked to your company, the inductee needs to enter the correct company name that was registered (i.e. not the Trading As name). A drop down box should provide the registered company to select from.

• If employees do not have an email address different to the company administrator email address, the employee can create their own user name. The notification for renewals will be sent to the registered company email address.

• Once an employee has registered they will see this page:

• The individual inductee will need to check the box to confirm they “have read and understood” they are the person undertaking the induction and then click the “Continue” button.

• The next screen shows all the induction modules which require completion. As they progress through the modules, there will be a green tick against each of the elements in the panel on the right of the screen.

5. Complete the Individual Induction

• Individual Inductees are required to complete Online Induction Steps which are separate modules of competencies.

• As they progress through the steps a green tick against the elements in the right hand panel mark the progress of the individual inductee.

• Each tick indicates they have complete the section and can move to the next step.

6. Required Documents

• This consists of general information about the individual inductee including contact details and training certificates/licences.

• Upload relevant documents. (When the file has been successfully uploaded it will be noted you will see it noted as

• When all fields required are complete and submitted your progress is marked with a green tick against the module.

• Open the next module for completion

8. Induction Modules

• It is Rizon’s intention to provide a safe working environment for all contractors.

• The next several modules cover different topics.

• The first part of the module is a presentation on the topic.

• The second part of the module is a set of questions on the topics covered in the presentation that are to be answered by the inductee.

• When complete click the green button to continue

• As each module is successfully completed your progress is noted by a green tick in right hand panel.

8. IAG Modules

• Rizon is one of the preferred builders for insurance brands owned by the insurance company IAG.

• To be compliant to carry out works on the site of any IAG claim the contractor must complete the online IAG induction.

• To undertake an IAG induction the individual needs to apply for access to the external platform.

• Module 9 is the application for access to the IAG Online Induction platform.

• Once the individual has completed the online induction the ‘Certificate of Completion for Customer Experience for Property’ is to be uploaded to Module 9 to complete this module.

Step 3. Click on the link to IAG Induction portal and enter details as provided to you by email.

Step 4. Upload IAG Induction certificate:CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR PROPERTY

(click Save Progress button below after achieving each step. There will be a delay of up to 2 business days from Registering your application for an IAG login and receiving the notification email from Kineo.)
