Signage Requirements
• Is furniture provided, Who would be responsible?
• Negotiate for hours of operation. As a
major sponsor they could have afforded to close a couple hours to ensure the success of the event.
• Determine power availability to
accommodate for the lack of a kitchen. Ensure that the power supply be set up the day prior to the day of the event as opposed to the day of. Negotiate if there will be any additional cost.
• Agreements for the location and
placement of Corps Bride paraphernalia
• Losses/damages
• Cancelation policy
