A deposit is required in order to confirm a specific date and room. The amount will vary according to the number of guests. To hold a date, the following non-refundable deposits are required:

We will call you to confirm receipt of the deposit and will be happy to email, fax or mail a written confirmation if requested.
Reservations under 35 people will not be private. The location of your table will be assigned until the day of the reservation.

-‐-‐-‐Back room Reservations. Available for private parties 35 people up to 70 people. For decoration: You could arrive an hour before your reservation only.
(Please ask the manager what type of decoration is permitted. -‐-‐Private With Buffet option. For 35 people minimum charge. For 3 hours max during the weekdays. For 40 people, minimum charge. For 3 hours max during the weekends. -‐-‐Private with open menu or special menu. 45 people min charge to be private. For 3 hours. $8 min charge per person during lunch time, plus tax and 18%tip. $10 min charge per person, plus tax and 18% tip.
Special menu : Choose 3 items from the regular menu. We could print the menu for you. Please let us know with 4 days in advance.
___Cancellation and change of date: There is no penalty for cancellation or change of date up to eight (8) days prior to your event. If cancellation or change of date occurs at any point 7 days prior to the scheduled event, you will be charged the deposit and minimum fees. The charge will be billed to the credit card on file. Cancelations and change of date are with the manager only. Or write to [email protected]
Forced Cancellation: Celia’s is not responsible if the event is cancelled due to power failure, fire, flood, rain or any other similar Act of God beyond the control of the parties. In this event the Reservation fee is waived or refunded.
Identification: In order to establish your age, you must have a valid passport, military identification, driver's license or identification card issued by a state governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex and color of eyes. Celia’s is unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way.
Behavior: Guests must behave courteously. Loud and/or abusive language will not be tolerated. The host is responsible for there guests.
Services: Should you wish to bring your own wine (750ml) a corkage fee of $15.00 per bottle is required. A maximum of three (3) bottles are allowed. Self serve.
___Your final count must be submitted at least 48 hours before your event. After that time, adjustments can be made only to accommodate more people. An 18% service charge and sales tax will be added to your bill. No liquor, wine, beer or any alcoholic beverage of any kind may be brought onto the premises, pursuant to California Liquor Law. Celia’s is unable to separate bills for events and parties.
