Agri Clinics and Agri Business Centres Field Assistant: He or she is responsible for services inside the Agri Clinic(Agri Business Shop) and or services at the farm level in the rural villages. Brief Job Description: The Agri Clinic and Agri Business Field Assistant is to provide patient hearing to the approaching farmers to the Agri Clinic units, understand their problems and accordingly supply Agri Inputs after brief discussion with the farmers. Similarly,the Field Assistants who are visiting the farms at the village level should be able to understand and transfer the matter(Agri Clinic Owner) to the Agripreneur for providing solutions.
Personal Attributes: The job requires the individual should be able to keep in memory and grasping power on the information provided by the Agripreneur(Agri Clinic Owner) and Marketing Executives from different companies about the use of Agri inputs for various crops in various stages of cropping in different weather seasons for providing specified Agri Inputs to the farmers. Similarly, when visiting the farmer’s fields the same principle is applicable.
