This project proposes the design and construction of a community park approximately 13 acres in size adjacent to Pacific Trails Middle School and Canyon Crest Academy in the Pacific Highlands Ranch community. The design process of the park will be subject to review by a citizens committee, which will incorporate public input by community stakeholders. What is the purpose of the committee? The purpose of the committee is to ensure residents are adequately informed about the park and provided with an opportunity to share feedback. The committee seeks to deliver a park that meets the broadest possible needs of the community while maintaining compatibility with surrounding uses.
