1. Completed minutes from Automotive Partners meeting May 31, 2017 and reviewed new recruitment plan (ASE focus)

2. Scheduled next Automotive Partners Meeting for August 2, 2017 [rescheduled for August 8, 2017], Instructor Meeting for August 16, 2017 and Orientation for Fall 2017 Hospitality Apprentices for August 21, 2017.

3. Updated Apprenticeship Enrollment Checklist 4. Development of Culinary Arts Herb Garden 5. Continued Engraving Knife Kits and started signing out knife kits to current Hospitality

Management apprentices 6. Researched Marketing & Branding Ideas 7. White Paper Development for Hospitality Management and Automotive Technology 8. Updated Hospitality Management Course Schedule 9. Reached out to five Mariposa County resources for recruitment of potential apprentices. 6. Expenditure transfers and created an open BPO for office depot 7. for recruitment materials and Hospitality Management equipment 8. July 27, 2017 Career Fair from 4 – 7 PM at Mark Twain Medical Center, San Andreas 9. July 27, 2017 Mother Lode Views Radio Interview

Dr. Tenbergen promoted Round 2 Grant Project 10. Attended campus outreach meeting for potential recruitment events 11. Finalized quarterly reports and forwarded to the Grants Office 12. Met with DAS representative, Sheila Zuvich, for technical assistance. Gave campus tour

highlighting Hospitality, Child Dev, and Automotive spaces. 13. Met with Amy Nilson and developed a plan of action in preparation for additional

1. CTE Apprenticeship Video – Filming & Narratives

2. Coordinated with CTE faculty on videos that YCCD Video Production Specialist will be doing for each department.

3. Met with representatives of the Me-Wuk Tribe to discuss CCAI

4. Coordinated a meeting between CCAI Program Director and Specialist in the CA Community College Chancellor’s Office in Sacramento in September. Completed travel request

5. Developed a 2 year plan & letter to CCCCO Specialist regarding extension for Round 1 grant
