Step 3: Click Apply Now/ Request Information Under the Graduate & Professional Students

Step 4: Select Apply to Appropriate College

Step 5: Create User Name and Password(Note: you will need to remember these for you will use them to upload

supplemental documents and check application status)

Application: Program and Additional Information

Application: Prior College Information

Application: Disclosures, Certifications, and Signature

Application: Complete Application(Click Save Application will allow you to go back to the application at any time to complete it.

Click Submit and Pay will allow you to complete the application process)

**Application will not be complete until Application Processing Fee is Paid. Then students will be able to upload supplemental documents.**
