Try to put it back in Per Joe Griggs.• CC Site was badly damaged by a tornado? Summary of storm damage at Steam and Combustion Turbine Site:McIntosh steam and combustion turbine site had very little damage. The electrical feed to the administration

building as well as the combustion turbine site is currently not in service. An electrician is being called to repair. The demineralizers for the combustion turbine site is currently not available. A water trailer is being called to support demineralizer water needs. Otherwise, the units are all available for full load.

Plant McIntosh CC Timeline• At 20:46:55 Fuel Oil MCC became unresponsive• At 20:47:04 Unit 10 Cooling Tower indicated high vibration on several fans• At 20:47:10 Unit 11 Cooling Tower indicated high vibration on several fans• At 20:50:33 both Unit 11 Aux Circ Water Pumps tripped due to low basin level

which in turn tripped the steam turbine automatically• GPO investigated low basin level and found Cooling Tower destroyed• 20:54:41 breakers opened on Unit 11 CT’s and fired shutdown initiated• Unit 10 began normal shutdown after damage was found• 21:06:12 Unit 10 shutdown• Management notified• Gas yard leakage noted due to a damaged safety, manually isolated
