PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Coconut Milk Powder is a unique product, developed and perfected to address the need of manufacturers, food service chefs and even busy homemakers for spray-dried coconut milk that is readily available, shelf stable and easy to use. It is packed in kraft paper bags or double walled corrugated carton with special high barrier liners that allow the product to retain its superb flavor and aroma. The product is non-GMO and comes only from pure and freshly squeezed coconut milk combined with natural stabilizers.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Coconut Milk Powder is excellent for dry applications, confectionery items and other applications where control of viscosity is critical. It is also used as a flavoring ingredient for ice cream, yogurt, bakery products, packed food sauces and beverages. For chefs and homemakers, it is an ideal ingredient for preparing curries, exotic flavored sauces and desserts.

SHELF LIFE

Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder has a guaranteed shelf life period of 12 months from date of production under proper storage conditions, in cool dry place at 15°C to 21°C. It is recommended that the product be consumed before the expiration date marked on the outer package.

METAL DETECTION AND CONTROL During processing, fresh coconut milk is passed through a 100-mesh screen to remove small coconut fibers remaining in the milk. The filtered coconut milk is then homogenized and spray dried. Lastly, coconut milk powder is passed through metal detector before packing.

PACKAGING 15-KG CARTONS Double-walled corrugated carton with heat-sealed 3 mil, high barrier co-extruded film structure of EVOH and LLDPE inner liner containing 15 kilograms net. There are between 840 cartons per 20-foot container and 1,700 cartons per 40-foot container.

STORAGE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

o Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder should be stored in a cool, clean and dry place at temperatures of 15°C-21°C (59°F-69.8°F) and a relative humidity of 50-60%. It is advisable to store the product under this condition to prolong shelf life, which can be up to one year after production date under these conditions.

o It is not advised to expose the product to air at prolonged periods as this may result in

hardening of the coconut milk powder, as the product is highly hygroscopic.

o Product must be stored in clean dry place suitable for food product, free from pests, water, direct sunlight and other sources of heat. Product must not be stored with toxic substances or substance with very strong odor.

o Reseal the package tightly when the product is not completely used up.

o Handle the product with proper tools. Do not use hooks or any sharp objects in the

transporting and handling the package to avoid damage of the outer carton and the inner liner.
