Step 2 – Owned Vehicles Resources

• Most owned vehicles are listed in DENR’s Property database. Use VehicleAssets.xls file as an additional resource

• Vehicles with DOT key cards are listed in DOT_Specs-On_DENR_Owned Vehicles.xls. Use this file as an additional resource.

• Contact your budget officer – Mention the DENR Petroleum Displacement Plan, Fuel

Card Vehicle spreadsheet, or any other vehicle documentation they may have

Note: You must include ALL vehicles that consumed fuel in 2008!

• Mileage data can be located from your division’s accounting staff

• Note: You only need the odometer reading around January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008. The difference is the annual miles driven. (Monthly data are optional)

already listed for your division.• Add/Delete vehicles to ensure list is

accurate for 2008.• Some divisions lease vehicles/equipment

from other agencies. List these in the same manner.
