(18-0370) Motion authorizing a 12-month rental service agreement with Herc Rentals Inc. ofBonita Springs, Florida for the rental of Heavy Equipment, based on the cooperativepurchasing agreement via U.S. Communities, for a total amount not to exceed $236,790.00,which includes a $7,000.00 allowance for unforeseen repairs.

2. (18-0422) Motion authorizing execution of a “Release and Relinquishment of Access Rights toHighway Facility” for a consideration amount of $1,000; and a “Possession and UseAgreement for Transportation Purposes With Additional Payment of IndependentConsideration” for a consideration of $3,000 with TxDOT to release access rights to 132.34linear feet of right of way located at 1208 Peabody Avenue in support of the Harbor BridgeReplacement Project.

3. (18-0445) Ordinance authorizing a fifteen-year lease agreement with Kamping Pleasures, Inc.for 40 acres out of the Mary B. Kelvin survey in Live Oak County, on the North side of LakeCorpus Christi, in consideration of quarterly rent of $5,000 or 8% of gross sales, whichever isgreater, to operate a campground; with option to extend for up to additional ten-year term.

4. (18-0453) Ordinance authorizing $1,83,301.64 from the Unreserved Fund Balance for thePurchase and Installation of Public Address system at Corpus Christi International Airport;amending the FY 2017-18 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No 031255 to increaseexpenditures by $1,83,301.64; and approving the purchase of the said equipment andinstallation from the Ford Audio-Video System LLC of Austin, Texas, for an amount not to$1,66,637.86 and 10% Contingency ($16,663.78), via Buy Board.

5. (18-0500) Motion authorizing to execute Amendment No 2 to Service Agreement 547 withO’Reilly Auto Parts of Springfield, Missouri for the continuous supply of automotive parts for aone-year term, as required by the Fleet department, for a not to exceed amount of $22,064.30, for a total restated cost not to exceed $66,192.9.

6. (18-0504) Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to enter into an outside citylimits water contract, with the current property owner to provide public water to their respectiveproperty located outside the city limits pursuant to Section 55-113 of the City Code ofOrdinances.

7. (18-0506) Case No. 0318-01 Estate of Margaret J. Pasztor: Ordinance rezoning property at ornear 3902 Cimarron Boulevard from “FR” Farm Rural District to the “RM-2” Multifamily 2District.

8. (18-0507) Ordinance appropriating $13,006.92 from the No. 4220 Wastewater Trunk SystemTrust Fund to refund John Butler and Elizabeth Butler the wastewater lot/acreage fee paid,since wastewater services are not available, nor will they be available, within the next 5 yearsas related to Butler Addition, Lot 1.

(18-0014) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to lease-purchase from Cascade CartSolutions, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, 9,440 96-gallon refuse containers and 1,870 96-gallonrecycle containers for a total amount of $593,135.46, with an estimated expenditure of$79,084.72 in FY2017-18. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement withthe Houston-Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC). The containers will be used inthe City’s automated collection program.

12. (18-0521) Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 031235 regarding the Regional Local ServicesSystem/Local Public Health System grant to increase related program income by $140,000.00for new estimated total program income of $400,000.

13. (18-0538) Ordinance waiving the requirement to construct wastewater infrastructure, underSection 8.2.7.B, and exempting STEPS Terminal, Block 1, Lot 1 from the payment ofWastewater Lot or Acreage Fees, under Section 8.5.2.G of the Unified Development Code.
