5. (18-0562) Resolution authorizing the purchase of firefighting clothing for a one-year supplyagreement with Casco Industries, Inc., Houston, Texas as a sole source for a total amount notto exceed $174,679.10, with two one year options for a total potential multi-year amount of$524,037.30.

6. (18-0563) Resolution authorizing a one-year supply agreement with OMI Industries from LongGrove, Illinois for the purchase of Ecosorb 505 as a sole source procurement for a totalamount of $111,331.75.

7. (18-0595) Ordinance amending Corpus Christi Code to adopt Downtown Vacant BuildingRegulations including registration; and Providing for penalties.

8. (18-0572) Case No. 0318-02 Hooten Family Trust A: Ordinance rezoning property at or near6502 and 6630 Agnes Street from “IL” Light Industrial District to the “IL/SP” Light IndustrialDistrict with a Special Permit with conditions.

9. (18-0573) Ordinance abandoning and vacating 0.0090 acre (393 square feet) of an existing electricaleasement out of Grange Park Subdivision Unit 1, Lot 1A Block 1, located at 3801 Woodhouse andrequiring the owner, Grangefield Development, LLC., to comply with the specified conditions.

10. (18-0597) Motion authorizing the purchase of refuse and recycling carts from CascadeEngineering of Grand Rapids, Michigan, via Houston-Galveston Area Cooperative, in the totalamount of $120,019.20.

11. (18-0599) Motion authorizing two, three-year service agreements with CML Services, LLC ofCorpus Christi, Texas, for mowing and grounds maintenance services for street right-of-waysfor Flour Bluff groups FB1 and FB3 for a total amount not to exceed of $135,684.

12. (18-0613) Motion authorizing the purchase of nine mini excavators from Doggett HeavyMachinery Services of Corpus Christi, Texas, via BuyBoard cooperative, for a total amount of$378,115.00.

13. (18-0626) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a five- year leaseagreement with the Instituto de Cultura Hispanica for the use of Lichtenstein House at 1616 N.Chaparral Street, in consideration of rental payments of $365 per month; providing for optionsto extend for up to three additional five-year terms with monthly rental rates to be increased to$435 per month in second five-year term, $485 per month in third five-year term, and $600 permonth in fourth five-year term.

14. (18-0630) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documentsnecessary to accept a contract with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for thecontract period 9/1/2018 through 8/31/2023 to provide the Corpus Christi-Nueces CountyPublic Health District (CCNCPHD) access to the DSHS Vital Event Electronic RegistrationSystem to issue individual birth certificates for the period 9/1/2018 through 8/31/2023, and payDSHS a fee of $1.83 for each Certification of Vital Records printed as a result of searches ofthe database.

15. (18-0634) Ordinance authorizing lease extension with Kamping Pleasures, Inc. for up to 6months to operate a 40-acre campground on Lake Corpus Christi, for $1500 monthly rent or8% of gross sales, whichever is greater.

16. (18-0635) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Master ServicesAgreement (MSA) with LJA Engineering of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $500,000for Citywide Storm Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation/Replacement.

17. (18-0636) Resolution rejecting the apparent low bid of Abel’s Paving & Construction as non-responsive and authorizing execution of a construction contract with Bridges Specialties, Inc.as the lowest responsive bidder in the amount of $394,545.05 for the JC Elliott Landfill SiteImprovements project.

18. (18-0640) Motion authorizing Amendment No. 1 to a professional services contract with Hazenand Sawyer of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $612,500 for a total restated fee of$661,800 for the Greenwood Wastewater Treatment Plant Dissolved Air Flotation UnitRehabilitation & Odor Control project. (Capital Improvement Program - CIP)

19. (18-0641) Ordinance appropriating $250,000 from the reserved for committments fund balancein the General Fund; amending the budget; and authorizing a six-month service agreementwith MCCi, of Tallahassee, Florida, for document imaging of vital records for the CorpusChristi-Nueces County Public Health for a total amount not to exceed $250,000, via BuyBoardcooperative.

(18-0642) Resolution finding that the renewal of a SproutSocial software license for theCommunication Department is a sole source procurement; and authorizing a one-year renewalwith Sprout Social Media Web Host Services of $15,300, with an option to extend for anadditional one-year term, for a total renewal amount not to exceed $30,600.

21. (18-0644) Motion approving a “Third Amendment” to Meal Delivery Service Agreement #SA15-097 with R&R Delivery Service, Corpus Christi, Texas for meal delivery in accordance with BidInvitation No. BI-0142-14 as of August 25, 2014, as extended by Amendment dated May 8,2015, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated December 27, 2016, as amended by thatAmendment No. 2 dated August 30, 2017.

22. (18-0645) Motion approving a three year Service Agreement for agenda item software(Granicus) with Carahsoft Technology Corporation of Reston, Virginia for a total not to exceedamount of $222,682.62, procured in accordance with the Texas Department of InformationResources contract.

23. (18-0646) Motion authorizing a 36-month supply agreement with Gulf Coast Nut & Bolt, LLC, ofCorpus Christi, Texas, for Work Gloves for various departments for a total amount not toexceed $237,739.11.

24. (18-0659) Ordinance amending The Code of Ordinances to adopt the TCEQ standards for theinspection and testing of backflow preventer assemblies for residential irrigation systems.

(18-0662) Motion authorizing an eight-month service agreement for the purchase andinstallation of playground equipment at Ben Garza Park, Moody Park and South Bluff Parkfrom GameTime by Total Recreation Products, Inc. of Cypress, Texas via U.S. Communitiesfor a total amount not to exceed $222,281.91.
