Christians believe in one monotheistic god. They also believe that God is revealed through three dimensions: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the founder of the religion and is considered the son of God. He was born to Mary and came to Earth to offer redemption for sins. After he was

killed and hung on the cross, he rose from the dead and ascended to heaven.http://www.flickr.com/photos/bringinudownfromabove/4322373013/sizes/o/in/photostream/

and Protestants. These groups have different languages and different leaders for their beliefs.

Although Christians are a minority in the Middle East, more than 75% of Americans of Arab descent are

Christians developed out of the Judaic texts, but do not follow the Jewish law. Christians believe in the universal teaching “ love thy neighbor as thyself.” The relationship between Jewish and Christian communities have often been difficult, mostly in Europe. Jewish communities there were often subject to discrimination and violence at the hands of Christians.
