Assemble the bottom frame

Assemble the frame from the beams with cross-section 4 x 4 inch.

At the junction, make a sample of half the thickness of the beam and a depth of 4 inches

Connect the beams with 4x 3 1/2" self-tapping screws for each joint

Clarify that all diagonals are equal

Framing the coop's walls

Install the support pillars of the 7 ft beam with a cross-section of 4 x 4 inches according to the drawing

Secure the support pillars to the bottom of the frame by means of mounting brackets and screws

Assemble the aviary's roof frame

Assemble the frame from the beams with cross-section 2 x 4 inch.

In the intersection of longitudinal and transverse beams, cut in half the thickness of the beam according to the drawings and connect the beams with 3 1/2'"' self-tapping screws for each joint

The ends of the beams are fixed with the help of hangers on the main frame and 7x 3 1/2" self-tapping screws

Middle support assemble and installationProvide the middle support main pillar from the beam with the cross-section 2x4 inch

Provide side struts from the beam with the cross section 2x4 inch. Cut the ends of the beams at 45 degrees. Attach the struts to the main beam with two mounting corners 8x8x1 1/2 inch and 7x2" self-tapping screws

Install the lower part of the support in post base and fix it with 8x 2" self-tapping screws

Combine the upper part with the transversal ceiling beam and fixed with self-tapping screws

Assemble and installation of roof rafters

Assemble the 11 rafters of the beams with a cross-section of 4 x 2 inches: cut the beams ends according to the drawing. Connect them with mounting plates and 2" self-tapping screws.

Fasten the outer rafters with twist strups to the top frame, other rafters - with ties. Use for this 2" self-tapping screws.

Front siding shields installation

Prepare the 7 1/8 inch wide siding board for front wall sheathing in the required amount according to the drawing. Assemble siding shields with 2" galvanized nails to the frame beams

Prepare wire mesh according to the dimensions

Prepare window's jambs from the beam with a cross-section of 3 x 1/2 inches. Cut the ends by 45 degrees for connecting them into the frames

Put the mesh on the window openers, fix it in corners. Install window jambs by window's opener perimeter. The edge of the grid must be completely closed.

Front hatching eggs case assemble

Assemble the frame of a beams with a cross section of 2 x 2 inches, according to the drawing. The upper plane has a slope of 8 degrees. Prepare the slits for the partitions in the longitudinal beams

Cover the frame with 1/2 plywood from all sides except back and top with help of 2 1/2" self-tapping screws

Coop's door assembly and installation

Assemble the frame from the beams with cross section 2x3" and 2x2" with 4" self-tapping screws according to the drawing

Prepare the 7 1/8 inch wide siding board for door sheathing in the required amount according to the drawing. Assemble siding shields with 2" galvanized nails to the frame beams

Install door jambs from the beams with cross section 3x1/2" according to the drawing

Install the door assembly to the wall with the help of two hinges on the left side. Put the handle on the right side
