Each year, around 8000 hopeful individuals set out to become ADI’s…of those who pass, one third will leave in their first year, another third will leave by the end of year two…Why?
Many of these instructors state that there are too many instructors and not enough pupils, or other schools are charging less for lessons… however nearby will be an ADI who is always busy teaching the same subjects to potentially the same pupils…

• Do not compromise your driving or teaching skills.
• If you have a high number of pupils who cancel saying something has come up, self-evaluate
