Managed 4 departments 24/7 in a busy regional medical center, including surgical services, supply chain, EP Lab, Cardiac Cath, Non-invasive procedures in Radiology, all nursing units, loading dock, receiving, print shop, mail room, medical supply warehouse. Implemented electronic services from paper throughout the entire hospital. I set up the new 7 floor cardiac tower and 45 bed emergency department with new stocking processes designed to increase professional efficiencies.
