Who We Are. History & Growth Cherry Creek Mortgage Company (CCMC) was founded in 1987 and is nationally headquartered in Denver, Colorado. With branches throughout the US, Cherry Creek has grown to consistently rank as a Top 25 Lender in America. Our branch managers know who the best appraisers are in their areas. Assignments are made in less than 24 hours. Our expectation is to provide consistently superior results with our process. CCMC’s VP of Appraisal, Scott Hamling, has over 30 years experience as an appraiser and he oversees the appraisal department. How We Do It. Systems & Technology We make it easy for a client to do a loan with you. We provide buyers 24/7 access to their loan information in a secure location. The illustration below depicts how a Loan Originator would see a file flow through the innovative systems. If a loan application starts through the on-line loan application, all information is directly imported into the CRM tool and the loan origination software. Realtors on both sides of the transaction have access to view loan status information in real-time from the paperless fulfillment software called Relay.
