Fees & Costs
Our fee structure is simple. We charge two fees. The two fees combined is the total cost for your school to obtain the funds. Here’s an example.

How does my school qualify for funding?
All charter schools are qualified for funding including new schools, expanding schools, Charter Management Organizations (CMOs) and Educational Management
Organizations (EMOs). CAM will conduct due diligence on your charter school when you apply for funding.
How quickly can CAM fund my school?
CAM can fund your school within one week from application and as fast as two business days in urgent situations.
How often can my school be funded?
CAM can fund on a set monthly, quarterly, semester, or annual basis or respond to needs as they arise. Funding is available on a continual basis.
CAM & Long-Term Facilities
While CAM does not provide long-term facilities financing for charter schools, many of our clients have existing facilities financing in place including bond facilities and long-term loans.
CAM works regularly with schools that have existing facilities financing by provided a secondary source of working capital that works in conjunction with the school's existing long-term arrangements.
How does this work?
CAM will work with your existing lenders or bond holders to ensure that the two level of agreements, long-term and short, work together so that your school can access short-term working capital as needed. We have experience working with all types of bond and facilities loans to ensure CAM's agreement with your school falls within the overall structure. We have a dedicated legal team with expertise in handling double-tiered
financing structures.

CAM has developed relationships with charter school facility providers across the nation. We can provide referrals so that your school can find the best facilities fit while also maintaining the option to receive
funding from CAM.
