Certified EC Compliance

The proposed project is for increase in the capacity of waste heat recovery power

generation, which is an eco-friendly step resulted in conservation of natural

resources and also reduce the GHGs emission. There is no change in the existing

production capacity of clinker, cement and captive power plant.

Further, as per the MOEF&CC Notification dt 25th June 2014, 01st December

2009 and OM dated 11th November 2009 thermal power plants using waste heat

boiler without auxiliary fuel are exempted from EC. However, we are submitting

the EC amendment application for your kind acknowledgment.

However, half yearly EC compliance is being submitted regularly. Copy of the last

half yearly EC compliance is enclosed herewith for your consideration please.
