Annexure- Existing EC

The company is in operations for manufacturing of synthetic organic chemicals since 1978 (i.e. before

2006). A copy of the NOC obtained before 2006 is attached.

The Company has obtained one EC dated 13th March, 2009 (F. No. J-11011/984/2008-IA II (I)) after 2006

till date (copy attached). However, the project was not established since NOC was not awarded. And the

validity of the EC has expired in 2014.

After that company has obtained many NOC and CCA under ‘product-mix’. The latest CC&A is attached as

Annexure-2 to the Pre-feasibility report.
