You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia or a holder of a refugee or
humanitarian visa.
Must permanently reside in Queensland or be permanently employed in Queensland and be employed with your
current employer for at least 1 month or more Must be existing workers in the building and construction industry
Must not be currently enrolled and participating in a school program, contracted trainer/ assessor or existing worker of
any RTO.
Must not have already been funded by an authority or other such source for delivery of the same training being
undertaken as part of the CSQ program, or have previously been funded under this program in the same program
period.
