Hayslip News We are coming home for our next great adventure with

some big changes but the same purpose. After 12 years

doing children’s ministry in Burkina Faso, God has called

us to train and empower leaders around the world!

There are still missionaries in Burkina but Joel will be able

to oversee them from here in the States and going on

trips to see them several times a year. Please pray for us

as we make this big transition back to the U.S.A.

Children’s Church The Worship & Wonder topic for August 9th will be “Solomon & The Temple”. The story for August 16th will be “Jonah”.

Attention 5th Graders New Transition Class Join us in the JYF room in the Family Life Center for our transition class for all 5th graders that will be in 6th grade this coming school year. This class will help the JYF 5th graders to prepare for their Promotion Sunday move to Chi Rho in August.

Thinking ahead -- Children and Youth activities will be kicking off in September, so opportunities for Youth Rock, Youth Symphony and Kidz Rock are on the horizon. Youth Rock will open Celebration Sunday on September 13th, which is a combined service at 10:50. Then, after Fall Festival, we will have all three groups preparing Christmas music for our December programs. Additional opportunities may also be available on a request basis.
