Terms: Minimum order is $150.00.

Payment Options: Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)

Backorders: Unless otherwise noted in writing by customers, backorders of $50 or more are shipped out as product becomes available.

Shipment: F.O.B. Salt Lake City, Utah via UPS or best way as decided by shipper. 1.5% handling charge on all orders.

Defective Merchandise: Defects must be reported within 10 days from the date of invoice. Credits/replacements will be handled by the factory. Return authorization number must accompany all returned product. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned product.

Past due invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (Annual Percentage Rate of 18%) on the unpaid balance remaining past the due date. Any unauthorized deductions or adjustments to invoices are prohibited. When invoices become 90 days past due, it is our policy to automatically refer them to collections. This can mean added costs for the customer, including legal fees and court costs. When you place an order with us, you agree that any legal action based on that sale or the collections thereof, shall be filed only in Salt Lake County, Utah which

shall have exclusive venue. We add a service charge of $35 on all returned checks.
