SANTA LUCIA PRESERVE IS A LIVING LEGACY

THE LAND

The 20,000 acres, comprised 2 land grants and about 100 homestead par-

cels, all consolidated by the Sargent brothers in 1857. Today, that land

Three remarkable custom homes have been paired with new owners, each

starting a new chapter in their own lives. Club Members, who have enjoyed

living in a seascape have now put roots down on Preserve sun-drenched soil

in a home new to their family – there is great joy and excitement being shared

A Test and a Treat ~ The Preserve Golf Club offers a test of shot making skills for the avid golfer and a welcoming treat for families and new golfers alike.

Tom Fazio’s course design has brought strategy to the scenery, making every round both a test and a treat, a serene walk in the woods that will prove re-warding no matter who wins the battle between golfer and ground.
