EXERCISE
Definition What is a Bhakti vriksha, Nama Hatta, Gita
Program or Sraddha Kutir? What Is it for? How many devotees are needed? What facilities are needed? What is the purpose? How does it work?
Step 1: Enquire
Receive information material about the workings and requirements of each program.
Take assistance (from CDM) on the application of congregational development programs.
Receive training from more experienced devotees in Outreach, Training & Care programs.
Step 2: Train yourself
Create a team (for evaluation, planning and action)
Define a common goal for the Yatra / Center / Group
Decide on a plan of action (duration, functions, dynamics, responsibilities and objectives)
Step 3: Work as a Team
With your group, list the common goals for the Yatra (Note: there is not an "incorrect” or unrealistic suggestion according to the desire of Srila Prabhupada and Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu).
Recruit volunteers to create a working group.
Decide a date for the next meeting.
