Stewardship & Pastoral Services God calls each of us to serve the Church. Ministry Formation works with people who have been called to the priesthood, diaconate, or lay ministry.

Through these formation programs hundreds of Catholics are trained and formed each year to be the heart and hands of Jesus to people throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.

Education Christ Renews His Parish Christ Renews His Parish or CRHP is a parish based weekend renewal for adults of all ages. This unique, confidential experience helps parishioners explore scripture readings and provides sacramental opportunities like reconciliation and Mass. It also gives people a chance to grow and build life-long friendships.

This important ministry is supported by Deb Wegner-Hohensee who is part of the diocesan Stewardship & Pastoral Services department.

Serving parish leaders and helping build vibrant parishes through a variety of workshops is the motto for Stewardship & Pastoral Services. Parishes throughout the Diocese look to this department for help with parish ministries. Below are a few of the many ministries they support:

• Stewardship as Way of Life• Care Ministry • Parish Planning and Revitalization• Implementation of “Parishes: Called to Be Holy, Fully Engaged, Fully Alive”

Each week thousands of children step into a classroom to learn about Jesus. Your gift to the Bishop’s Appeal support the educational efforts of our Catholic schools and parish religious education programs. Your gift also helps train teachers and religious educators. These teachers in turn help share the Gospel message with more than 40,000 children.

The Education staff also provides training for youth ministers and offers programs that bring Christ’s message to adults across Northeastern Wisconsin.
