Instalación automática de embalaje, para trabajar con film estirable.La serie se compone de un transporte de entrada, corona giratoria ( ) y transporte desalida.

Se deposita el producto centrado sobre la mesa transportadora de entrada y el proceso deembalaje se inicia automáticamente. El producto pasa por la corona giratoria y es embalado de formaespiral por el film colocado en la corona , quedando el producto totalmente embalado por los cuatrolados y abierto en la parte frontal y trasera.

Permite el embalaje de paquetes apilados, con una mayor garantía de sujeción; el proceso deembalaje mucho más económico que el retráctil, debido a que el consumo energético es menor; y nonecesita adaptar el tamaño de la bobina al producto a embalar.

Item to be wrapped is centred on the infeed conveyor belt then wrapping process commences automatically. Item runsthrough the rotating ring and is completely wrapped spirally by the film installed with a slight opening at back and frontedges.

Piled products can be wrapped tighter. This type of wrapping is more cost-effective than shrink film because there ismuch less power electrical consumption, and it is not necessary to adapt reel size to product.

Installation automatique d'emballage pour travailler avec film étirable.La série se compose d'un transport d'arrivée, d'une couronne tournante ( ) et transport de sortie.

Le produit est déposé, bien centré, sur la table transporteuse d'arrivée et le processus d'emballage commence de façonautomatique. Le produit passe par la couronne tournante et est emballé en spirale par le film placé dans la couronne: lesquatre côtés du produit sont totalement couverts alors que les parties frontale et arrière restent non couvertes.

L'emballage de paquets empilés offre une meilleure garantie de fixation; le processus d'emballage est beaucoup pluséconomique qu'en mode rétractile car la consommation énergétique est moindre; il n'est pas nécessaire d'adapter ladimension de la bobine au volume du paquet à emballer.

Automatische Verpackungsmaschine für Arbeiten mit dehnbarem Überzug.Die ERL-Serie besteht aus einem Eintrittstisch, Drehkranz (ERL) und Austrittstisch.

Das Produkt wird in die Mitte des Eintrittstisches gelegt und automatischverpackt. Das Produkt wird am Drehkranz vorbei befördert und spiralenförmigvon einem am Drehkranz befestigtem Überzug eingepackt. Das Produkt wirdkomplett verpackt, nur an Seite und Rückseite eine kleine Öffnung lassend.

Geeignet zur Verpackung von gestapelten Paketen. Diese Verpackungsart istaufgrund des niedrigeren Energieverbrauchs wesentlich billiger als dieeinziehbare und die Spulengröe muss nicht dem zu verpackenden Produktangepasst werden.
