Case Studies of our work… Education new strategy required Met through a networking event Prestige were asked to assist a large college campus in Devon with their existing strategy. Engaging with the Estates Manager and IT Director Prestige completed a comprehensive review of the existing strategies and contracts. Upon analysing this it was apparent that Prestige could bring a huge benefit to the client. Working closely with the Estates Manager, Prestige were able to implement a corporate strategy, streamlining all energy supplies together. Once this phase is completed we will continue to work closely with the client, enabling them to take advantage of our on pulse industry expertise. Together, with the IT Director, we identified the clients requirements for the future and ensured any growth plans were taken into account. We were then able to provide a comprehensive new solution across the entire telecommunications and IT. In this instance it was a high level, malleable, VOIP solution that will meet their needs not only now but also in the future as they grow. Prestige will now work with this client on an ongoing basis as part of their management team. ME MultiSite higher level industry expertise Through an introduction Prestige engaged with a large ME organisation of 36 sites. In the first instance, our review illustrated that the energy strategy was currently very good, although the same could not be said for the telecommunications. In this instance Prestige were able to provide an extra layer of industry expertise for the clients energy purchasing. Due to Prestige working in the energy market on a daily basis, across a wide range of suppliers and businesses we are able to identify opportune moments to act. By working closely with the Operations Director, Prestige engaged with the client regularly whenever there was movement in the market that may be opportunistic. Due to this invaluable market information now available to the client, a decision was made to secure next years contracts 8 months early. The telecommunications and IT were also managed by the Operations Director. Our analysis illustrated that all landlines and broadband were with BT and their 60 mobile handsets with EE. The existing service levels were somewhat to be desired and the mobile carrier was not suitable for their cornwall based business, with many employees struggling to obtain good signal. Prestige provided a complete new corporate solution across all of the telecommunications and IT with a business only provider. This gave the client significantly better service levels, a named account manager and most importantly an all round far superior service.
