He is a finance and operations executive with broad-based experience that includes 12 years as a Chief Financial Officer or Chief Accounting Officer in mid-sized private and public corporations. Sam served as Presi-dent of a management consulting firm for 9 years and worked as an auditor and consul-tant for an international public accounting firm for 14 years.
