Brian Stephen Managing Director/Senior Engineer
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 30+ years’ experience in the field of
control and automation including the past 20 years spent almost exclusively in the underground
mining industry.
Michael Shanahan Mechatronics Engineer
Michael holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering and has approximately 14 years’
experience in industrial programming and process control applications support in coal mining.
Michael designs and implements the SCADA systems for the Delta Automation Tube Bundle Huts
(TBH)
Jason Stephen Engineering & Design Supervisor
Jason holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering and is a qualified electrician with over 12 years’
experience in surface and underground coal mining. Jason holds a Hazardous Area Design Plan
Classification and supervisors the design and commissioning of all Delta Automation’s Tube Bundle
Hut Systems.
John Stokes Senior Electronics & Communications Engineer
John holds a degree in Electronics Engineering focusing on fault finding and repair of Automation &
Control equipment including PLC components, panel views and motor drives.
Daniel Stephen Site Electrical Supervisor
Daniel is a qualified electrician with over 8 years’ experience in the underground coal mining
environment. Daniel’s experience includes underground maintenance, conveyor belt installs, Tube
Bundle Hut (TBH) construction, commissioning & servicing.
Dave Martin Business Development Manager
Dave has 20+ years experience in the supply and servicing of underground coal & hardrock industries
both nationally and globally. Contract management expertise with global mining houses including
BHP Billiton, Glencore, PT Freeport McMoran and Solid Energy New Zealand (SENZ)
Mindy Robertson Procurement Manager
Mindy has an electrical trade background with approximately 14 years of industrial & mining
experience. Mindy is designated documentation controller for TBH construction & commissioning.
