President’s Letter Dear Sisters, I’ve mentioned before that NPC has designated February as Month of the Scholar. They have published a bulletin "Lifestyle Tips of Excellent Scholars". While these were aimed at students I believe a few could be incorporated into our lives to help us to create a continued learning environment for ourselves. They are: use your time wisely and write down everything you need to do in your planner, reduce distractions by turning off cell phones and schedule at least 2 hours of study time for every hour spent in class. We could interpret the last one as maybe spending an hour a week or a couple hours a month learning something new. I hope we can use these suggestions to continue to expand our minds and learn. I have been doing this by taking a pottery class while in Florida. I've never considered myself very artistic, so I hope I am expanding my mind a little. Please continue all the great work you have contributed to making this a great year for CAPA! Don't forget to learn something new and to wear your badges proudly on March 4th! Fraternally, Pat
Celebrate Sorority on International Badge Day
March 4, 2013 During March, we celebrate women’s history. That’s why we wear our badges on our hearts for International Badge Day. The founders of our organizations came together to provide one another support, and on March 4 we thank them for leaving us the great legacy of sorority. We celebrate by encouraging all sorority women to wear their badges or letters all day.

Join Us on Facebook CAPA now has a Facebook group called “Cleveland Alumnae Panhellenic Association.” For privacy it is a closed group so you must ask to join. Minutes are posted on the group and so are pictures of some of our auction baskets. We hope this additional communication tool will help to keep everyone informed and excited our plans and programs.
