The angiotensin II antagonist candesartan cilexetil ['Atacand'; Takeda/Astra] has been launched in Sweden, its first market, reports Scrip.
Candesartan cilexetil is indicated for use in hypertension at a recommended dosage of 8-16mg once daily.
