I. Announcements

Grades: Grades for the Spring 2010 semester will not be mailed home; however, you may access your grades using myMemphis. Holds: Remember to clear all holds before departing for summer break in order to be able to retrieve grades, activate permits, and/or adjust Summer/Fall 2010 schedules. Book return: Books must be returned by Friday, May 7. Paying for Summer School: Bills for summer school fees will not be mailed home. An email notification will be sent to your UM email account reminding you to sign into myMemphis to check your balance. Registration: Student-athletes who have questions regarding their Summer/Fall course schedules should see their counselor immediately after May 7. Be sure to schedule an appointment with your counselor as they may be out of the office.

II. Important Events and Dates Friday, April 30th - Thursday, May 6th - Final Exams Saturday, May 8th - Spring 2010 Commencement Tuesday, June 22 - Deadline to remove Spring 2010 Incomplete grades

Wednesday, July 21 - Deadline to file for December graduation

Summer School Dates: Pre-Session:

Classes run May 17—June 4.

Last day to register for a pre-session course is May 14 (no fee) or May 15-17 (late fee). Last day to withdraw from a pre-session course is May 25, 2010. Full Session:

Classes run June 7—August 13.

Last day to register for a full session course is June 4 (no fee) or June 5-8 (late fee). Last day to withdraw from a full-session course is July 9, 2010. First Session:

Classes run June—July 9.

Last day to register for a first session course is June 4 (no fee) or June 5-8 (late fee). Last day to withdraw from a first session course is June 22, 2010. Second Session:

Classes run July 12—August 13.

Last day to register for a second session course is July 9 (no fee) or July 10-13 (late fee). Last day to withdraw from a second session course is July 27, 2010.

Regents Online (RODP):

Classes run June 7—August 13.

Last day to register for a RODP course is June 4 (no fee) or June 5-8 (late fee). Last day to withdraw from a RODP course is July 9, 2010.
