After a month of fasting, fighting our cravings, empathising, helping the poor and needy, and escalating our spirituality in Ramadhan, the much-awaited Aidilfitri has finally arrived. May I take this opportunity to wish all my Muslim friends, staff, and students a blessed Aidilfitri. As COVID-19 is still with us, please take all the necessary precautions, avoid gatherings and unnecessary outings. But this should not deter us to foster and strengthen the bond with our family and friends. Yes, this year’s celebration is different

from the past, for a very good reason.

Have a blessed Aidilfitri. Take care. Be safe.
