Hello!
The Pabineau First Nation Pow-‐wow is starting this week on July 2nd to July 5th. To host this event, we could not have done it without the “financial” sponsors and volunteers. Is cost approximately $18,000 -‐ $20,000 to host the Pabineau First Nation event. We, Pabineau, are the host and we do not get paid for hosting the Pow-‐wow event.
I would like to thank all of our financials sponsors, without them, we could not have such a great success. Our sponsors are:
• Chief David Peter-‐Paul: $1,000 • Councillor Terry Richardson: $1,000 • Fisherman – Travis Williams: $1,000 • Fisherman – Nathaniel Hache: $1,000 • Fisherman – Andrew Peter-‐Paul: $1,000 • Fisherman – Mickey Kryszko: $1,000 • Fisherman – Alfred Halka: $1,000 • Carbou Wind Park – Marilyn McKinney: $1,000 • Belle IIe Fisheries: $500 • CTR Tire: $100 • Hatheway Ford Limited: $100 • NB Power: $500 • Chaleur Building Supplies: $300 • Microage/Bathurst Office Intergration: $50 • Royal Bank of Canada: $100 • Techno 90 Ltee: $100 • Boissonnault McGraw: $750 • Arseneau Fish Market: $100 • Trusty Step Sanitation: $50
Proposal I worked on:
• Canadian Hertiage: $4,800 • Aboriginal Affairs Secretariat: $750
Surprise

Thank you so much to everyone! Have a great day! Rose Kryszko Economic Development Officer

Education Gala 2015
A huge thank you to Pam Burtt and Robert Breckenridge for their continued support for students from Pabineau. We genuinely appreciate the effort that you make to encourage students to succeed in all areas. Way to go!
The 2015 Education Gala was held at Danny’s Restaurant on June 17th. This year we added
four accomplished individuals from Pabineau First Nation to our Role Models Poster. This
poster will be hung at the Band Hall, our local schools and community centers.
Congratulations Amanda, Jason, Michael and Lisa!
