Sweden … local authorities obliged to take responsibility for young people up to age 18. – They draw up a personal plan which is reviewed every 10 weeks. – Emphasis on no-one “falling through the cracks”
Denmark … “carrot and stick” if refuse to work with local authority, their income support is effected
