Gary Bender, Chief Financial Officer of ABEC, Inc. indicated “The OJT program has been great for ABEC. We have been able to hire people with some transferable skills who would not have been hired due to their lack of experience in the software used in the design and build environment in the pharmaceutical industry. The OJT program has been a perfect solution”

Eric Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer of Windkits LLC, a new company in the Lehigh Valley, indicated: “By bringing qualified candidates to the interview table... you helped us shorten the time required to get key employees on the job. The OJT training reimbursement was very valuable not only to help offset the cost during our start-up phase, but it really helped us keep on a training plan to make sure our skill matrix was complete.”
