• Incorporated on 27th February 1995, it is a group company of Meezan Bank Limited and Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company Private Limited and is currently managing assets of over Rs.37.7 Billion.

• Scatter data analysis should be made for more appropriate analysis

• Spidder and Radar lines need to be incorporated in results for showing multiple variables

• Box plot analysis should be introduced for distribution and characteristics comparison

• Stacked bar should be incorporate for data presentation for revealing the different components

of variable• Research design should be more organize and well define for better output and results

• The Labor Union should hold the general election on regular basis.• The Labor Union should work for Share of PEL to

the labor as the complimentary gift to the Labor.• HR department can be strengthened by hiring management professionals who can add the value to its business.• Administration department needs to address for of hiring experienced professionals of the relevant trade.
