Welcome Message

It is a great pleasure to welcome you all to the 14th World Congress on Gestational Trophoblastic Diseases, which will be held in Fukuoka, Japan from November 11 to 14, 2007. This Meeting will be held in conjunction with the 15th Meeting of Japan Placenta Association and the 25th Meeting of Japan Trophoblast Disease study group.

The Venue is JAL Resort Sea Hawk Hotel, located in the sea-side of Fukuoka city that will enable us to offer attractive and comfortable accommodation with convenient access to the scientific sessions, giving us a beautiful view of Hakata Gulf and downtown of Fukuoka city on its both sides.

Japan is very honored to host the 14th World Congress on Gestational Trophoblastic Diseases in Fukuoka city. The scientific program will be lined up with a host of exciting and enlightening presentations by prominent international experts on the latest developments and findings in the field of trophoblast research. The congress will definitely provide an invaluable opportunity for friends of the region as well as those outside the region to share experiences and exchange scientific information. The local organizing committee is making every effort to put together an exciting program under the collaboration with the 15th Meeting of Japan placenta Association and the 25th Meeting of Japan Trophoblastic Disease Study Group.

Fukuoka is the biggest city in Kyushu, which is a western part of Japan. I would like to extend an invitation to you to come and visit us. Apart from the congress, I am sure you will find many attractions and enjoy the experience of bustling and vibrant city life of Fukuoka. We warmly invite all of you, especially young investigators, your families and those coming to visit Japan for the first time, to participate in the 14th World Congress on Gestational Trophoblastic Diseases in Fukuoka, Japan. We very much look forward to welcoming you in Fukuoka in November 2007. Sincerely, Prof. Norio Wake Congress President The 14 World Congress on Gestational Trophoblastic Diseases.
