The City of Dublin provided a loan to Eden Housing for the development of a 53-unit low-income Senior Housing project adjacent to the City’s Senior Center.

Pinn Brothers is developing Silvera Ranch, a for-sale residential project that includes 257 units (townhomes and single-family homes). There are 26 units in this project that are affordable.
