Programs• Preschool and Family network: Creating a support system for families with young children.

Telescope Lending Program: With help from Southern Oregon Sky Watchers and Ashland Fiber Networks Science Works has been able to create six telescopes to lend to members.

Programs• Summer Science Camps: These camps are offered for many age groups and cover a wide variety of science related topics.

• Girls Engineering Club of Science Works (GECOS): Is a club that offers girls a chance to explore science through interesting engineering challenges.

Connecting with Schools•How does Science Works connect with schools in the southern Oregon and Northern California?

School Outreach• Science Works has 30 minute, 90 minute and all day camps, workshops, and science labs that are mobile and can be transported to any school classroom or campus.

• The museum offers a $1 discount on school groups of ten or more, making the student rate only $4 to enter.

Bringing the Community Together• The museum hosts countless community events. Some examples include : • An annual Earth Day celebration• A Fire and Ice Celebration• Electric Vehicle Day
