DAY 11 SATURDAY 7 NOVEMBER Jerusalem Old City Today we start our day visiting the Mount of Olives start with an overview of Jerusalem from this point Then walking on the Kidron valley we will visit the Garden of GethsemaneEnter the old city via the Lion Gate Onto the Pools of Bethesda and St Annersquos Church Pass through Ecce Homo Arch and the Crypt of Sisters of Sion We will end our touring day at the Garden Tomb believed by many to be the garden and sepulcher of Joseph of Arimathea and therefore a possible site of the Resurrection of Jesus Tonight enjoy a Sound amp Light show at the Tower of David Overnight Ein Kerem Hotel Jerusalem

DAY 12 SUNDAY 8 NOVEMBER Jerusalem New City Morning visit to Yad LaKashish or lsquoLifeline for the Oldrsquo a wonderful place in Jerusalem where around 300 elderly and disabled Jerusalem residents are employed in ten workshops making beautiful Judaica and gifts This non-profit organization also provides a broad array of social and health care services to the elderly in a delightfully original and creative work environment Yad LaKashish empowers and supports the elderly on a daily basis and gives them a sense of purpose and community as well as financial assistance BFP Orientation amp Jerusalem Assistance Centre mdash where you will meet with BFP Staff and volunteers See firsthand the Jerusalem food distribution centre where around 40 tons of food a month is sent out to those in need In the afternoon experience a moving visit to the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial - a vast landscaped complex with a visitors centre a museum and a dozen memorials scattered over 45 acres of the Mount of Remembrance One of the most striking monuments at Yad Vashem is the Childrenrsquos Memorial Overnight Ein Kerem Hotel Jerusalem

DAY 12 SUNDAY 8 NOVEMBER Jerusalem New City Morning visit to Yad LaKashish or lsquoLifeline for the Oldrsquo a wonderful place in Jerusalem where around 300 elderly and disabled Jerusalem residents are employed in ten workshops making beautiful Judaica and gifts This non-profit organization also provides a broad array of social and health care services to the elderly in a delightfully original and creative work environment Yad LaKashish empowers and supports the elderly on a daily basis and gives them a sense of purpose and community as well as financial assistance BFP Orientation amp Jerusalem Assistance Centre mdash where you will meet with BFP Staff and volunteers See firsthand the Jerusalem food distribution centre where around 40 tons of food a month is sent out to those in need In the afternoon experience a moving visit to the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial - a vast landscaped complex with a visitors centre a museum and a dozen memorials scattered over 45 acres of the Mount of Remembrance One of the most striking monuments at Yad Vashem is the Childrenrsquos Memorial Overnight Ein Kerem Hotel Jerusalem
