2 : Les passages : ➔ FIRST STAGE : THE PRESENTATION :

Under the leadership of the chairman, all athletes of the same category are on stage.

The chairman presents each athlete in the ascending order of the bibs. Upon calling

his bib number and name the athlete takes a step forward. Free installation is

permitted.

Once all athletes are presented, the corrected positions are made.

➔ SECOND STAGE : THE IMPOSED POSING :

Under the leadership of the chairman, all athletes of the same category perform the

imposed poses:

5 poses for the women

7 poses for the men

➔ THIRD STAGE : THE COMPARISONS :

Before any comparison, drawers can be made. The left half of the athletes will have

to step back one step and the right half of the athletes will have to advance one step.

This allows the chairman to swap the two halves. Then under the direction of the

chairman all the athletes again perform the imposed poses.

After being placed in the ascending order of the bibs, the athletes are lined up at the

back of the stage. Third-party comparisons can then be requested by the judges in

order to better estimate the athlete's physique (s) and refine the ranking.

Requests for comparisons are made by the head of the table.

➔ FOURTH STAGE : THE FREE POSING :

- Duration : 1mn00 for the women and men

- Choreography choice is up to the athlete respecting the music / movement relation

- Outfit : identical in all respects to that of imposed posing. No accessories

authorized.

The choreography is noted.

3 : Criteria of judgment :

The criteria of judgments are grouped and judged in three items:

➔Harmony of the body, symmetry, line, balance of the masses (the

lower body must be proportional to the upper body), hypertrophy, muscle

density. The athletes must therefore have a minimum of form,

muscular volume without having visible subcutaneous adipose tissue.

➔Harmonious and dry muscular definition on the whole body, without

the appearance of emaciation or anorexia

➔Freestyle choreography must be performed on music (relation music

/movement)

Note for women: Female athletes should be well proportioned without

exaggeration hypertrophy or dry, have mass, volume, and muscle

shape. Therefore they must imperatively have biceps significantly larger

than the forearms, well rounded shoulders, a good V and solid back, thighs

with quadriceps, ischios and calves clearly developed and well projecting.

The judgment is based on the observation of the harmonious muscular

development resulting from regular bodybuilding work, and appropriate dieting

while respecting the integrity of the athlete. It deals with the following criteria

grouped and judged in two items:

❑ Harmony of the body, symmetry, line, balance of the masses (the lower

body must be proportional to the upper body), hypertrophy, muscle density.

Athletes must have:

❖ - shapes

❖ - muscle volume.

❑ Harmonious muscular definition on the whole body:

❖ - without appearance of thinness or anorexia (very heavily sanctioned point)

❖ - without subcutaneous adipose tissue or visible cellulitis.

In order to respect the physical and physiological integrity of the female athlete, the

athlete must be dry without being streaked

Note: Athletes must be well proportioned without hypertrophy and dry exaggeration, have a

minimum mass, shapes and shapely muscle. Therefore they must be bigger than the

forearms biceps, relatively round shoulders, a V back, shapely thigh quadriceps, hamstrings

and calves relatively prominent.
