National Educator Conference in Dallas, TX, on November 5-7, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Vending, Project Code 845 and the Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition scholarship. The Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition will reimburse the school district for sub fees.
2. Carl Albert High School boys’ and girls’ basketball teams to participate in the MLK Basketball Showcase Event in Little Rock, AR, on January 14-15, 2017. Expenses to be paid by Activity Funds, Project Code 909- Boys Basketball and Sanctioned Organization Funds.
3. Del City High School Student Council to attend the Oklahoma Association of Student Councils State Conference in Guymon, OK, on November 11-14, 2016.
Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 869-Student Council; personal funds and donations.
4. Midwest City High School Student Council/Leadership to attend the Oklahoma Association of Student Councils State Conference in Guymon, OK, on November 12-14, 2016. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Codes 869-Student Council and 956-Leadership, personal funds and donations.
5. Leigh Neely, Career Academy and SNAPS, to attend the 23rd Annual Conference on Alternative Education in Dallas, TX, on March 7-10, 2017. Registration and hotel to be paid by Title IA, Neglected, Project Code 518. All other expenses to be paid by personal funds.
6. LaDonna Selvidge, MDTC, to attend the Association for Career and Technical Education Vision 2016 Conference in Las Vegas, NV, on November 29-December 4, 2016. Expenses to be paid by MDTC Fund 12, Project Codes 032 and 441.
7. Tressa Wilson, Administration, and Advanced Learning teachers: Jessica Brandon, Melinda Ryan, Beverly Howell, Tami Sanders, Christie Bradshaw, Jennifer Ford and Georgina Gooden to attend the TAGT Conference in San Antonio, TX, on November 29-December 2, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Project Code 832-Advanced Learning for membership and registration and personal funds for travel and hotel.
8. Midwest City High School girls’ basketball team to participate in the Holiday Classic Basketball Tournament in Sapulpa, OK, on December 26-28, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds, personal funds and donations.
9. Midwest City High School boys’ basketball team to participate in the Tournament of Champions in Tulsa, OK, on December 28-30, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds. The tournament is providing the rooms.
10. Midwest City High School Cheer to participate in the National Cheerleading Association High School Nationals in Dallas, TX, on January 20-22, 2017. Expenses to be paid by School Activity, Project Code 879-Cheerleading, Sanctioned Organization Funds, personal funds and donations.

school year 2016-2017. This agreement provides the authority and requirements for the programs at the Mid-Del secondary schools to be eligible for ODCTE funding.
I. Vote to approve the revision of the renewal of Xerox to provide copiers and
maintenance services throughout the District and services for the print shop, referred to as our ‘pool plan’, in the amount of $45,665.75 per month for the 2016-2017 school year. Due to a transposition in the board memo dated June 13, 2016, the amount originally provided to the Board was $45,556.75 per month for the 2016-2017 school year. The revised total monthly amount is a savings of $7,028.25 per month or $84,339.00 a year. This is the first year of a five-year renewable contract to be paid from District General Fund 11 and/or District Building Fund 21.
J. Vote to approve Section 125 Plan Administration by American Fidelity Assurance Company for CY2017.

VI. Vote to approve the following bids and requests to purchase: – Ms. Medcalf A. Purchase of 270 HP Laptops and associated licenses from SHI in the amount of
$190,962.90 for Carl Albert High School, Del City High School and Midwest City High School. These computers will be utilized to replace teacher laptops at the three high schools. The total cost for the teacher laptops and licenses will be $190,962.90 to be paid from Bond Fund 34 as follows: Carl Albert High School - $49,508.90 from Project Code 023, Del City High School - $70,727.00 from Project Code 024 and Midwest City High School - $70,727.00 from Project Code 025. The laptops, software and licenses are included in the state contract.
B. Purchase tables for the MDTC three main conference rooms from Bill Warren using OU State Contract #R-16000-16 in the amount of $104,989.60 to be paid from MDTC Building Fund 23, Project Code 032.
C. Purchase printers, toner and document cameras for Del City High School from Bill Warren in the amount of $18,051.26 to be paid by Del City High School, Title I, Project Code 511.
D. Purchase of 37 HP ProBook computers and licenses for Del City High School from CDW Government in the amount of $27,392.21 to be paid by Del City High School, Title I, Project Code 511.
E. Purchase of five SMART Boards including installation for Del City High School from Video Reality in the amount of $26,644.35 to be paid by Del City High School, Title I, Project Code 511.
F. Purchase 25 iPads and one Bretford PowerSync cart from Apple in the amount of $16,749.95 to be paid by Highland Park, Title I, Project Code 511.
