Michael KrajewskiMichael Krajewski is the music director of the Philly Pops and principal pops conduc-tor of the Houston Symphony, Jackson-ville Symphony Orchestra, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. He fi rst conducted The Cleveland Orchestra in April 2012, and returned to conduct concerts at Blossom

in 2013 and 2014. As a guest conductor, Mr. Krajewski has performed with the Boston Pops, Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, and the Hollywood Bowl Orches-tra. Other guest conducting en-gagements have included appear-

ances with the orchestras of Baltimore, Dallas, Detroit, Indianapolis, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, and Washing-ton D.C., as well as many other orchestras across the United States. In Canada, he has led the National Arts Centre Orchestra and the Calgary, Ed-monton, and Winnipeg symphonies. Over-seas appearances include concerts with the Hong Kong Philharmonic, Iceland Sym-phony Orchestra, and the Ulster Orchestra in concerts in Belfast and Dublin, and with Spain’s Bilbao Symphony Orchestra.

Michael Krajewski is the conductor of the video Silver Screen Serenade with violinist Jenny Oaks Baker, airing on BYU Broadcasting. He has led the Houston Symphony on two holiday albums: Glad Tidings and Christmas Festival. He has also worked on presentations with such classi-cal artists as fl utist James Galway, mezzo-soprano Marilyn Horne, pianist Alicia de Larrocha, and guitarist Angel Romero, and pop artists including Roberta Flack, Judy Collins, Art Garfunkel, Ben Folds, Patti Aus-tin, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Pink Martini, Ann Hampton Callaway, Cirque de la Symphonie, Classical Mystery Tour, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. With degrees from Wayne State University in Detroit and the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Mu-sic, Mr. Krajewski furthered his training at the Pierre Monteux Domaine School for Conductors. He was a Dorati Fellowship conductor with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and later served as assis tant conductor. He was resident conductor of the Florida Symphony and for eleven years served as music director of the Modesto Symphony Orchestra. Michael Krajewski lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife Darcy. Storm LargeStorm Large shot to national prominence in 2006 as a fi nalist on the CBS show Rock Star: Supernova, where despite having been eliminated in the week before the fi nale, she built a fan base that follows her around the world to this day. Storm spent the 1990s singing in

clubs through-out San Francisco. Tired of the club scene, she moved to Portland, Or-egon, to pursue a new career as a chef, but a last-minute cancella-tion in 2002 at the local club Dante’s turned into a standing Wednes-day night engage-

ment for Storm and her new band. Storm made her debut as guest vocal-ist with the band Pink Martini in April 2011, singing four sold-out concerts with the National Symphony Orchestra in Washing-ton D.C. She continues to perform with the band, touring nationally and interna-tionally, and she was featured on their al-bum Get Happy. Storm has also sung with Grammy winner k.d. lang, pianist Kirill Ger-

stein, punk rocker John Doe, singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright, and Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Famer George Clinton. In 2007, she took a career departure and starred in Portland Center Stage’s pro-duction of the musical Cabaret with Wade McCollum. Her next endeavor, the auto-biographical musical memoir Crazy Enough, played to packed houses in 2009 during an unprecedented 21-week run in Portland. Storm went on to perform a cabaret version of the show at Scotland’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Adelaide Festival in Australia, and Joe’s Pub in New York. Storm and her band Le Bonheur have performed in many new cities around the country in a evening called “Taken By Storm.” In the autumn of 2014, Storm & Le Bonheur released a new album featuring their own quirky and varied interpretations of love songs from the American Songbook. She also recently made her debut with the New York Pops Orchestra, Cincinnati Sym-phony, Houston Symphony, and the RTE Concert Orchestra in Dublin. Shem von SchroeckShem von Schroeck’s road to opera and the symphonic/rock stage did not begin in the usual way. Born into a musical fam-ily, his singing career began at a very early age. As a child, he sang on many televi-sion and radio commercials nationwide, continuing to do so throughout his early

twenties. In addi-tion to being a veteran of the recording studio, Mr. Schroeck has a long list of per-formance cred-its. As a singing bass player, he has performed in over twenty-fi ve countries and toured with

several Grammy Award-winning artists, including Tom Jones, Marie Osmond, and Christopher Cross, and as a music director and conductor for Kenny Loggins. His ear-ly musical theater experience found him starring in productions such as Oklahoma! (Curly), Pirates of Penzance (Frederic), Bye, Bye Birdie! (Conrad), Li’l Abner (Abner), and

Once Upon a Mattress (Sir Harry). Mr. Schroeck’s formal musical education earned him degrees from the Manhattan School of Music in both com-position and double bass studies. His career took an unexpected turn in 2004 when he won the El Camino Symphony Competition, singing “Ein Schwert ver-hiess mir der Vater” from Wagner’s opera Die Walküre. Opera legend Jon Vickers saw Shem’s performance of the title role in Peter Grimes and strongly encouraged him to pursue a career as a dramatic tenor. Mr. Vickers subsequently coached him in the roles of Siegmund and Peter Grimes. Mr. Schroeck is now enjoying a ca-reer as a sought-after tenor in such roles as Peter Grimes, Parsifal, Siegmund, Loge, Florestan, Froh, and Melot. He is a prin-cipal tenor for the Millennium Wagner Opera Company. His credits also include guest conducting several pops concerts with the Columbus Symphony, Oklahoma Symphony, Little Rock Symphony, Dallas Symphony, Phoenix Symphony, and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.
