DESCRIPTION
This restaurant design project resulted in a Delicatessen that creates an identity into an existing brand but having its own personality and character. The bespoke feature counters are designed exposing all the food in an organised and beautiful way reminiscent of a Boutique, as well as ensuring good quality. It now offers an authentic culinary adventure complimented by a unique design creating a Delicatessen experience of a high standard.TRANSCRIPT

An authentic culinary adventure, in a modern and unique Delicatessen presented as a boutique, designed by Space Design Studios
The award winning design company are proud to
present the design of two new delicatessens from a brand called blanche eatery, featuring a new gastronomy experience based on nutritious and healthy food, complemented by a great customer service.
The first blanche eatery was created a couple of years ago but the owners wanted to expand it without becoming a roll-out high street brand.
Creating a concept that draws from traditional elements of the brand presented in a modern contemporary style. Blanche Eatery offers an authentic culinary adventure complimented by a unique design creating a new Delicatessen experience of a high standard.
The brief was to develop a look that sets Blanche Eatery apart from its competitors.
Blanche Eatery has a very unique style, priding itself on using only the freshest ingredients - and everything is made-to-order. It was important that this freshness was personified and reflected in the design. The attention to detail and quality and by using mainly the white colour shows the unity and simplicity of the brand as well as the cleanness of the place.
The bespoke feature counters are designed and made with composite stone and with glass on the top, in order to expose all the food in an organised and beautiful way reminiscent of a Boutique, as well as ensuring the durability and quality of it. There is also a chilled food display in the window that ensures the freshness of the food and catches your attention.
Lighting plays a very important role in all of Space Design Studios projects. This time they opted to use large bronze lanterns strengthening the tradition of the surrounding area which used to be dominated by antiques shops. In addition, the framed menus and the artwork are illuminated by LED, enhancing the contemporary feel of the Delicatessen.
The culinary creations will definitely surprise you. Blanche Eatery has orchestrated a range of over 27 different salads. The main concept is that your lunch at work should be as fresh and delicious as if you cooked it yourself at home. Moreover, a variety of croissants and patisserie are baked on site and severed fresh every morning.
