Activity: Microarray

The BackgroundmRNA was isolated from seedlings exposed to light and darkness during germination. The mRNA will be reverse transcribed into cDNA and hybridized onto complementary nucleotides on a microarray to determine the different genes that are expressed in the two conditions.
