Organic brown sugar.
Glucose syrup in powder with 30-40 Dextrose Equivalent, and sweetness lower than sugar. For ice creams it’s used to control the sweetness and to give structure.

Hazelnut paste obtained from roasted Italian hazelnut, cultivar “Tonda gentile Trilobata”.
