BHFL SUNDAY LEAGUE ROUND UP - SUNDAY 15 th OCTOBER 2017 Manager Peter Old came off the bench to round off the scoring when hundred per cent DIVISION ONE leaders East Christchurch SSC poleaxed reigning champions Talbot Rangers 4-0 with Mitch East, Dave Midgley, and Jonny King also on target. Nearest rivals AFC Burton preserved their unbeaten record when Dan Brennan, Kev Brennan, Levi Ridealgh, and Ryan O’Reilly gave them the edge 4-3 against Shoulder of Mutton who replied through Adam Dawes, Tim Somerfield, and Jamie Kay. Matt Blake bagged a brace for NMO but they remain three points adrift at the bottom of the table after Abbey walloped them 8-2 courtesy of Steve Gilbert’s hat-trick and further goals from Mark Dykes (2), Dan Manuel (2), and Kev Collins. DIVISION TWO high flyers Loch & Quay have twice as many points as their nearest rivals Rushmere after they shaded it 3-2 against NMO Reserves thanks to Ben Hatch, George Hatch, and Charlie Heggan. Rushmere were also 3-2 winners when they got the better of Bournemouth Sports Mercury thanks to Lloyd Joyce, and a couple of goals from Andy Gosling. 3-2 was a popular score in this Division with Jimmy Carter (2) and Nick Sheppard giving Magpies the verdict against AFC Stourvale while AFC Wimborne’s Gary Bacon (2) and Jamie McMennum accounted for bottom placed JP Morgan. The exception was at Broadway where Fernando Da Silva Moreira scored all four goals in Bournemouth Electric’s 4-4 draw with visitors Parley Sports who replied through Ollie Soulsby, Ryan Barker, and a couple of goals from Martin Johnson. Poole Wanderers remain five points clear at the top of DIVISION THREE after Tom Dufaur, Ellis Greenslade, and Robbie Cole gave them an impressive 3-1 success against previously unbeaten AFC Fiveways. Nasim Meddah and Sanjar Tursunulatov bagged two each in Tavla Spor’s 5-0 victory over Ferndown Forest with Shivan Roushbaiani getting the other one. Shane Barney notched a hat-trick in Tavern’s 6-1 triumph over AFC Burton Reserves with the other goals coming via Dean Cook (2) and an own goal while Sam Davies (2), Rich Preston (2), Kevin Crabb, and Stewart Humphreys gave Bournemouth Athletic a 6-3 success against Richmond Park Rangers. John Webb, Ben Bosley, and Kyle Graham netted for Tradecost UAB Reserves but the DIVISION FOUR leaders had their perfect record ruined when Alderney Manor held them to a 3-3 draw thanks to Aaron Carrivick (2) and Stu MacFarlan. Second placed Pilot netted through Chris Neesam, Yusuf Akanni, and an Aaron Turner penalty but they also finished all square 3-3 when Dan Edwards, Sam Elliot, and Dan Excell replied for draw specialists Bearwood Broncos. Jordan Hayter, Ryan Attree, and Matty Platt were the KB Sports marksmen in their 3-2 win over West Mullen and Poole Borough were also 3-2 winners when Michael Collins (2) and Nick Mitchell put paid to Newtown Athletic. Bradley Miles notched a hat-trick for Canford Rovers who hold top spot in DIVISION FIVE despite being held to a 3-3 draw by Vienna Suttoners “A”. Tower Park maintained their perfect record though when they emerged 8-5 winners against Siemans thanks to Carl Phillips (2). John Bailey, Lewis Cummings, and Lascelles Richardson’s four goal blast. AFC Wimborne Reserves just got the better of Christchurch Starre 4-3 with goals from Alex Mayfield, Lee Phillips, Jack Price, and Adrian Groza.

Having won for the first time in 18 months in their previous outing, Boscombe Celtic made it back to back victories when Alex Rossi (2), Sami Kaddah (2), and Barry Campbell gave them the upper hand 5-3 against Parkstone. JP Morgan Reserves opened up a five point lead at the top of DIVISION SIX when they swept Ashdown aside 6-2 courtesy of Luke Brown’s hat-trick and further goals from Simon Walsh (2) and Lloyd Wallen. Ian Male struck twice for nearest rivals Tavern Reserves but they took a heavy 10-2 tumble against Tower Park Reserves whose goals came from Charlie King (4), William Mills (3), Lee Corbin (2), and Jamie Palermo. Redhill Rangers take over in second place after their 5-1 triumph over Longfleet thanks to Tom Corkett, Lee Thomas, and a Ricky Mee hat-trick. Aaron Towers nabbed a hat-trick in Woodville Wanderers’ 8-1 drubbing of Avon Social with Matt Whitcher bagging a brace and Ashley Fudge, Glenn Dancer, and Phil Maidment adding one each. Sam Broom led the way with a hat-trick in Parkstone Athletic’s 9-2 hammering of tailenders Canford Rovers Reserves with the other goals coming via Louie Dacombe (2), Harvey Boothby, Luke Grimason, Reece Miller, and Djamel Meddah. M.A.HART CUP COMPETITIONS ROUND UP - SUNDAY 15th OCTOBER 2017 Rob Scadding netted for Vienna Suttoners in the first round of the MARK HART SUNDAY SENIOR CUP but Tradecost UAB emerged 3-1 winners through Sam Carter, Liam Meldrum, and Sam Lench. Jordan Whittle struck twice for West Howe in the first round of the M.A.HART IN-EXCESS CUP and, with Dan Dominey, Tommy King, Ellis George, and Connor Threadingham also on target, they put paid to Vienna Suttoners Reserves 6-0.
