Beverage Package refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to be considered. Q: Does everyone in one stateroom need to buy a Beverage Package?A: From 4 October 2017, the Deluxe Beverage Package Policy requires all guests wishing to purchase the Deluxe Beverage Package, the Deluxe

Beverage Package and Internet (Sip + Stream) or the Deluxe Beverage Package and Ultimate Dining Package to do so for all guests 18 years

and older in the same stateroom. If a guest within the stateroom does not drink alcohol for any reason then a Refreshment Package must be

purchased.

Q: What if my client cannot purchase the Refreshment Package due to an existing medical condition?A: If your client is unable to purchase a Refreshment Package due to a medical condition, they will need to obtain a medical certificate.

Once received, please send your client’s booking details and the medical certifcate to cruiseadmin.au@rcclapac.com for review. You will receive

a response via email with confirmation of exemption.
